Overall Satisfaction with Gong

We use Gong to track key insights throughout our sales calls. It helps us identify how often we are referencing certain topics in won deals, # of contacts needed for a successful deal, and to exemplify how successful deals are ran.

The tool is also helpful for reviewing previous calls to better understand our customers use case and pain points. This ensures that we are able to continue focusing on those points throughout our future calls.

It is an incredibly easy to use platform.
