Improve my skills, polish my communication skills, learn something new. Each time you listen to anyone’s call you learn a new skill or word which you can use in your day to day job. Improve language usage. Not use words that need not be used in the context of a sentence creation
Because it shares information and my clients are told we have and Ai recording and they ask more about the tool as they find it useful too, the other businesses are also starting to use these tools as they find it effective. These calls are rated too. So that makes it more competitive
