Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

We use Gong.io to record phone conversations, listen to, and playback other good/bad calls. We keep notes in the systems and on each call.
  • Analyzing the breakdowns of the conversation helps you look at the call without having to relisten to it and know what the conversation was.
  • Identifying who is speaking.
  • I can get notes from my mangers on the platform or ask them to take a look at a certain point in the call.
  • Sometimes it is hard to find a call right off the bat. In sales, the days start to blend so it would be easier to go off the numeral date instead of the day of the week.
  • I primarily work in the chat department but I use my Gong account at least once or twice a day while going through my leads. If I use it so often and am not in a calling department I can only imagine how much impact it has on other parts of the business.
I was in quality assurance at my last job using inContact for the platform. You had to download the calls to listen to them. This platform is a literal replacement for my last job and does a much better job than I ever could.
Haven't had to use the support yet which says a lot about it.

Yes

Gong is perfect for the sales world. We take and make several phone calls a day and some times you don't take notes or you get distracted during the conversations. It's nice to go back and always have the color break downs of the conversations and are able to add notes on the platform. It's extremely user-friendly and an awesome tool altogether.
