Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
The cost of Voice and Collaboration tools was getting out of control. We wanted a singular phone, virtual meeting, chat provider which would be highly robust and cost effective. GoToConnect met our needs at a very advantageous price point versus our other providers. Management is straightforward and the products perform very well.

Highly integrated with a robust unified admin tool. With minimal training, our IT Support team has become pros at using it
In both cases we found GoToConnect easier to use and administer - and also cheaper than both Skype and Zoom
