Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
We use GoTo Connect (GTC) for communication with our customers. During covid and lockdown rules, we had to work from home. GTC helped us be in touch with our valuable customers as we could make and receive calls through GTC app. We pretty much depended on GTC and use it every day!

I have been using all the tools from GoTo Connect. And have been extremely happy and satisfied with GoTo Connect. There haven't been any major issues using those tools. Also, the GoTo Connect support team are just fantastic and extremely helpful.
I found sound quality is very good using GoTo Connect. It was also easy to implement and to setup Goto Connect compared to other products. Also, didn't had any issues integrating with Microsoft Teams. That's why I prefer Goto Connect.
