Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

We use GoTo Connect (GTC) for communication with our customers. During covid and lockdown rules, we had to work from home. GTC helped us be in touch with our valuable customers as we could make and receive calls through GTC app. We pretty much depended on GTC and use it every day!

Very easy to implement. And it doesn't take much time. And easy to train customers on using it. We haven't received any complaints from customers after implementing it smoothly. It integrates very well with Microsoft Teams. If customers prefer using handsets, we have installed with Yealink SIP handsets. All our implementations of Goto Connect have gone smoothly.
I have been using all the tools from GoTo Connect. And have been extremely happy and satisfied with GoTo Connect. There haven't been any major issues using those tools. Also, the GoTo Connect support team are just fantastic and extremely helpful.
I found sound quality is very good using GoTo Connect. It was also easy to implement and to setup Goto Connect compared to other products. Also, didn't had any issues integrating with Microsoft Teams. That's why I prefer Goto Connect.

It's very well suited for any business organization. And can receive or make calls anywhere you want to. Very flexible and mobile. In my case, I sometimes have to be at customer's site or will be working from home, but I never miss my calls. I found that its less appropriate for call centers environment. But I am sure, GTC will be looking on it.
