Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve

We use GoTo Resolve to help see what the problem without being in face to face. If student have problem to connect to the website and with GoTo Resolve we are able to connect to help resolve their issue.
  • Able to connect to student and staff
  • have the recording of what step we took
  • we can update or check what their system need.
  • Need to explain the process of Remote Execution
  • improved time to resolution

I can check the person who is online if and if we get a call and they have problem, I could connect faster with the person.
We had easy access to device of the faculty and we have inventory of the equipment we have at our institution.

The best experience we have is the person having problem with their laptop, using GoTo Resolve you can connect and then see their update is need, With GoTo Resolve I can make restart to command to then check if the problem was resolve with this restart.
