Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
We use Greenhouse as an ATS, Applicant Tracking System. Applicants through Greenhouse submit their initial application, any skills tests in the process, and any other questions we send them. Then our recruiters and hiring managers review applications and use Greenhouse to screen out unqualified people too.
- Screen out applicants based on triggers we set
- Track applicants across different stages of the process
- Manage notes from interviewers, including keeping them private when needed
- Clunky UI: sometimes there is too much information and too many options
- Customizing homepage: again, too many widgets on one page
- Manage the application process in one place, meaning you can simply stay in one system
- Helping us track multiple applications from the same candidate, making our processes simpler
Greenhouse is more customizable compared to competitors. I haven't found another ATS that is easy enough for many users, and able to track so many different candidates and processes.
