Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse

Greenhouse is used as our primary platform for managing open roles and positions in our organization. We use Greenhouse to organize, categorize and store any present and future openings for positions at our company. It is used internally by a variety of stakeholders to evaluate candidates and provide feedback during our interviewing process.

Generally speaking, the platform as an information aggregate tool is very effective in assisting our organization manage, categorize and communicate about open positions and roles and the candidates who have shown interest in them. The rating we've provided is in response to a user experience that is noticeably lacking. Standard editing and searching for information are difficult with this tool.
We chose Greenhouse because it had a larger footprint as an employment management platform and application. We selected this over other prospective tools because of confidence in the database structure it enveloped and how it could be simply deployed in our organization in a timely manner. We also heard good things from other partners about Greenhouse.

Greenhouse is well-suited for the hiring process. It is effective and well-placed for managing job openings, candidate resumes, and information and the provision of feedback on any candidates selected to go through the interview process. Where it is less appropriate is in the management of newly created roles and managing changes to roles.
