Overall Satisfaction with Groove

It is used by 2 departments, Marketing and Sales. Marketing uses it to automate lead processing, outbound efforts, etc. Sales uses it for similar purposes, but heavy outreach, target account engagement, and automating redundancies in Sales workflows.

Super easy to use! I trained myself and my team and was able to build out robust engagement flows without any help at all. It is very easy to work out of, and with integrations to CRMs like Salesforce, you don't have to leave Groove to get additional information and insights on a given account or prospect.
Groove destroys these guys simply because it doesn't stop at just providing insights. Sure I can see who opened my email in both, but with Groove I can easily take the next step of reaching out and engaging with an interested prospect. To my recollection the other platform really only provided insights/metrics on baseline elements like open rates, clicks, etc. With Groove I can track and hone in on exactly what resource was accessed by the prospect, and target a unique outreach to them!

If you're just starting out or a well established org, it simply doesn't matter this is an awesome tool! If leveraged properly by an HQ it could reap tremendous value as a way to not only encourage collaboration, but standards for outbound efforts and prospect engagement. We currently use it in a more nuclear way and much of the ingenuity is left up to lower level employees, but even then its as powerful as your imagination and efforts are! Unlike other tools you really don't need much of a strategy with this one to see benefits.
