Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use it to track prospecting efforts and ensure all attempts are being made in a timely manner. Groove helps us stay connected with our prospects and holds us accountable for the activities needed to book meetings. It also helps us be time-efficient with email templates that can be automated to speed up the process.

It's overall very simple to use; however, the training could be a little better for setting up efficient flows for prospecting.
I would estimate I save about 2-4 hours weekly from not having to enter my efforts in Salesforce duplicately. And again helps the next user/salesperson see past efforts with a prospect.
Groove is so much faster and more efficient for prospecting and documenting.

Groove would be ideal for all sales organizations with virtual employees. This tool is so helpful for keeping records of your employee sales efforts and results. I do not think it would be helpful for anyone not in a sales environment. Groove is a great tool for any large sales force.
