Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove for sales outbound email campaigns, scheduling features, and G-Suite plug-in as follow-up email reminders.

  • Email plug-in often disconnects and I have to refresh my Gmail
  • It would be great if I can create a flow and share it with my SDR and ISR team that are also working on the outbound marketing campaigns in the same account. Right now, I can only share my template folder and not my flow.

  • Shared scheduling link for multiple participants availability saves time and books appointments faster.
  • Most effective email campaigns can be measured and duplicated across the sales organization.

Groove is a great time-saving platform that's easy to use.
Groove is the best sales enablement tool I've ever used. The email campaigns, scheduling, and automated features are the most impactful for my role as an enterprise strategic account executive role.

  • Shared calendar scheduling link for large meeting coordination
  • I use the shared scheduling link so customers can easily schedule meetings with me
  • Other team members that support my accounts can use this shared scheduling link to save them time and schedule meetings faster
  • Provide automatic drip email campaign to the triggered by ZoomInfo intent data or a web search surge. This will help generate more inbound leads and/or trials.
