Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use it to sincronize actions with Salesforce CRM.
  • Mail sync
  • Event sync
  • Use the alias to sync the e-mails
  • Mail sync
  • Makes it easier to keep track of our actions with key customers
It's good, just need to have a better way to record the alias (right now the person has to be a contact on Salesforce, otherwise it's not recorded)
