Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove to track email engagement, import contacts and create new flows. I also use the Groove scheduler to book meetings with my clients.

  • Groove allows me to work more efficiently by tracking which outreach performs well and which does not.
Groove is really intuitive and straightforward to use once you are used to the platform. There could be easier ways of uploading contacts but this may also depend on the cleanliness of your CRM data.
I have used Salesloft in the past and feel that Groove is on-par with Salesloft. There isn't a ton that separates the two products and I feel that both are great options.

Groove is a great tool to import a large number of contacts, place them into a suitable flow, run said flow and have full analytics on the success rates of your calls, emails, LinkedIn requests etc.
