Booking meeting with multiple internal resources for an outside prospect has never been easier.
Overall Satisfaction with Groove
As an Account Executive I used Groove primarily to send links in my email to prospects and customer to easily book appointments with me for demos, contract negotiations, etc. My favorite feature of Groove was the ability for recipients to use my link to view the combined availability for me as well as our solutions engineers, managers, etc. It made coordinating schedules and booking meetings very slick and easy while demonstrating that our company uses the best technologies to streamline our workflow and deliver max value to our customers.
Pros
- coordinate calendars for multiple users via one single link
- streamlines meeting coordination and bookings
Cons
- We moved to Outreach against my suggestion because it appeared to have superior email campaign management.
- coordinating schedules among multiple uses and allowing prospects to book appointments when all parties are free.
- Groove improves our time to value by streamlining the process of booking appointments with key team members during the sales process.
- Groove exhibits our dedication to using technology like what we sell to streamline our workflow and maximize value to our customers.
- Outreach
Last year we moved from Groove to Outreach because our Sales Ops team felt it had better email campaign tracking. I was strongly against the move because although Outreach allows you to send a link via email to view my availability and book appointments, its limited to my calendar whereas Groove allows you to select other members of your team and send a booking link that incorporates the availability of everyone listed. This makes booking meeting with multiple staff far easier and increases time to value for our prospects. No one likes sending 2-5 emails to coordinate meeting times for multiple people across various zip codes. Groove knocks that out with one link, quick and easy.
