It has increased productivity because there aren't as many of the same questions being asked and answered.
Onboarding new employees are so much simpler.
Helps sales members when they're on a sales call or demo.

I have used a lot of other products in companies, from home-grown systems to google drive and nothing compared to Guru. It's simple and quick and the searches provide you with the results you need.
