Overall Satisfaction with Guru

We use Guru as our Knowledge Base to support our agents in order to provide resolution and steps resolving our customer's concern. The Business problems that we have focuses on car rental and the company policies. I use Guru to check all executive updates and process for our account as my position is Team leader.

No hassle free as Guru was able to provide nearly 100% result. Guru is also budget friend compare to other vendor such as Saleforce and ZenDesk. The history of the conversation can also ben viewed easily. I can suggest Guru to all of my relatives and friends.

Guru is one of the best knowledge base tools i've known. We are using Guru for every call or e-mail concern, we are using the Guru to find what resolution or article we need to use to resolve customer's concern. Guru is also best when a new article is being released, Guru will give an update or notification to us.

Using Guru

Home is the dashboard of Guru's web app, an at-a-glance view and jumping-off point for all of your knowledge work. A customizable right rail gives admins the ability to curate messaging and Cards that will be shown to all users.
You can customize this content by using some light Markdown to add headers, bold/italics, and more. It is important to note that this block (unlike Guru Cards) only supports strict markdown syntax, not HTML. Admins can choose which Cards appear in the workspace's featured Card section, located on the right-hand side of the user dashboard.
