Overall Satisfaction with Guru

Guru is the source of truth for our team and treat Guru like it's our own company "Google. Any question someone has should be able to be answered with content from Guru.
  • Organization of information.
  • Confirming if information is relevant by having cards verified.
  • Building out content within the platform.
  • Integration with Slack.
  • If we need to export Guru cards. The process is tedious.
  • Clearly identifying WHO EXACTLY should be verifying cards.

With its user-friendly platform, our team can easily create and access critical information, ensuring everyone stays on the same page. Being able to build content in Guru is super easy. MT is very challenging. Typically we build in guru, and then export and upload into MT.

The Guru support team promptly addresses any inquiries we may have regarding use cases, such as constructing battle cards for our Sales team. Upon requesting a meeting with our account manager, a session was promptly scheduled, accompanied by valuable guidance and suggestions.
Additionally, Guru really came through when we needed help organizing our knowledge base. We were kind of lost, but their support team was right on it. They helped us set up categories and tags, making everything way more organized and easier to find. It saved us a ton of time and headaches.
