Overall Satisfaction with Heap
Heap helps me identify areas of opportunity within our platform and allows me to dig into usage metrics to understand the best ways to go about addressing those bottlenecks. One of my favorite charts is the user path analysis that allows me to identify how users make their way through actions following a specific action. This ultiomately informs me on how we can improve workflow and make things simpler and cleaner for the large majority of our users.
- Provides user path analysis.
- Allows you to setup dashboards for feature launches.
- Easily define web events.
- Track activity before the event is defined.
- I think some of the reports could be consolidated.
- Would love to see the screen recording function rolled out in full.
- Dashboards sometimes load very slowly.
