Overall Satisfaction with Hibob

We use HiBob to create and maintain OKRs, annual leave, and as a database for employee information. We were finding it difficult previously to find an HRIS that incorporates everything. HiBob is an amazing product and allows us to have all of our information stored and maintained in one place.

I have just managed my first internship. HiBob has automated our review meetings so I never have to worry about forgetting milestones such as 30 and 60-day reviews. In addition, it allows me to see annual leave in such an easy way so I can make approvals or denials based on who is out.
