Overall Satisfaction with Hibob
We use HiBob to create and maintain OKRs, annual leave, and as a database for employee information. We were finding it difficult previously to find an HRIS that incorporates everything. HiBob is an amazing product and allows us to have all of our information stored and maintained in one place.

- Annual Leave tracking.
- Meeting automation - automating reviews and meetings.
- Reminders for employee's birthdays and anniversaries.
- Being able to tag other employees where you both could be working on the same goal.
