Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
As I have a role where I have to maintain multiple social media accounts, Hootsuite has been the most convenient app to manage. I can open one app that will help create posts, schedule, and also monitor their performance. I can monitor hashtags and also assign keywords. It is very convenient to be notified of cross-platform mentions and competitor analysis.

Hootsuite has an interface that is very easy to use, allows me to train newbies very easily on it, and also solves all my needs. When we started Hootsuite had very reasonable pricing, the learning arch required is very low, and also we were able to maintain accounts on multiple platforms and share posts all at once.
