Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We currently do not have dedicated staff to monitor all of our social media outlets so having all of our inboxes consolidated makes it much easier to follow up.

Great calendar options to see posts scheduled
The owly links help with Twitter greatly

Easier integration with IG.
A downloadable calendar that has future scheduled posts for easier team sharing offline.

Return on Investment

It's greatly helped our Twitter presence.
The integration with IG has been more difficult to navigate since FB bought them.

Alternatives Considered

Hootsuite is the only platform of this kind I've ever used.

Support Rating

I have not yet explored all of the support options available but I do enjoy the tips and advice provided upon logging in.

Hootsuite works well with a small team that is learning the different components of marketing. A more advanced team may require more analytics that Hootsuite may not yet offer. But it's well suited for my current team as we are learning the impact of consistent posts and engaging with our various audience members.
