Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite

We were using it to synchronize our social media engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Monitoring
  • Simple posting
  • Can't tag users or companies on linkedIn - that was our biggest problem
  • Formatting of posts on Linkedin was also challenging
  • Their billing / auto-renewal procedures are very disappointing. We were not informed when our account was renewed. When we asked for a refund we were refused.
It's ok for simple processes. But as noted earlier we stopped using it because the quality of the posts suffered.
It was fine while it met our needs. When it no longer did we stopped using it.

I cannot recommend it. We stopped using it for the reasons cited. We are still disputing the renewal fee.
