Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
All of our organization's marketing, social media, blog, and website are built on HubSpot. We couldn't live without it! Both our marketing and sales staff are using the tool. Several of us use it on a daily basis. It is also connected to our Salesforce platform so that we can connect contact insights to the account record. HubSpot increases our efficiency, and allows us to focus our attention on the visitors who matter most, rather than operating in an unfocused, “let’s please everyone” fashion. Using landing pages and forms, we gather information on our constituents' interests. Next, we use the lists to segment our main customer personas. Our team uses a variety of workflows to enhance engagement by creating "relationships" with people by automatically relaying additional opportunities for people to get involved based on their expressed interests. Since adopting HubSpot, we've saved 11% of our annual marketing budget by cutting ineffective traditional marketing activities and by practicing inbound marketing instead.
- Creating, editing, and sending emails. VERY easy and user-friendly. Also easy to add them into a set - or workflow - of emails that will send in a timed fashion automatically.
- Tracking interaction with all of our channels (social, blog, emails, websites). We can measure ROI and track engagement using the HubSpot dashboard and quickly make decisions to change strategy or stop something that is not working.
- Content optimization for our website -- our site is built on the HubSpot COS so we can show relevant content to visitors based on previous interaction and knowledge we have of them. This allows for personalization and more relevancy for the visitor.
- I have to say that HubSpot has made significant improvements to the UI since we began using it.
- Increased employee efficiency
- Increased customer/visitor knowledge/insight
- Since adopting HubSpot, we've saved 11% of our annual marketing budget by cutting ineffective traditional marketing activities and by practicing inbound marketing instead.
I have not evaluated or used similar products, HubSpot was it!
