Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
We use HubSpot to market our agency. We use the HubSpot COS for our site (great decision, we switched from WordPress). It makes things scalable, reduces onboarding time for new employees (being an incredibly user-friendly platform), and has helped our agency to grow at an exponential rate.
- HubSpot's site pages are my favorite. We previously used WordPress, which was slow to update and took hours to make edits on, and required advanced knowledge to make small changes. Site pages has allowed anyone in our company to make changes and updated pages as needed because the platform is easy to learn and intuitive.
- The blogging platform is great.
- HubSpot's email has gotten faster this year. There used to be a lag for receiving emails immediately (up to 15 minutes for some API tie-ins) but it is much faster now.
- Social publishing is super easy. If you already create your content in HubSpot, there is no need to use a secondary platform to syndicate content on social.
- Honestly, every frustration I've ever had with HubSpot has been able to be solved by calling their customer support. Their support team is the best I've ever worked with.
- It would be great if HubSpot could add more social monitoring for platforms other than Twitter. Facebook and Instagram would be awesome, but some of that is not necessarily up to HubSpot.
- Using HubSpot for out site pages, marketing platform, and CRM has increased the efficiency of our entire organization. Everything is scalable and everything is in one place.
- One thing about HubSpot is that it would be difficult to transition away from if you ever needed to, so make sure it it the absolute best choice before you jump in.
HubSpot provides the best product with the best customer service at the best price. It is more expensive than other marketing platforms, but we have never questioned the value in that expense, especially after hearing complaints from users of competitor platforms. It was an easy choice after comparing to Pardot, Marketo, and the option of hacking together a bunch of different tools into one.

Yes - Yes. They are very responsive to bugs. Some things can't change overnight, obviously, and when there are bugs, HubSpot is the first to let you know. So it's rare that we are reporting the bugs to them, but sometimes it happens. Usually someone follows up to let our team know it's been resolved, which is nice.
That one time, when someone deleted an important contact list, and HubSpot support found it and restored it for us.... yeah. That was pretty exceptional. It was totally our fault, but they were no less willing to devote the better half of an hour to digging around and finding the deleted list for us.
