Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
HubSpot is being used in our marketing department to engage with our B2B customers/prospects via email, social and web marketing. Another big plus to the HubSpot software is the ability to integrate with Salesforce and Wisita. Our company relies on these integrations to collaborate with our sales team. We are currently using the HubSpot software to share insights with our sales team and gain knowledge about our customers. Perfect product for sales and marketing!
Pros
- The integrations with Salesforce and Wistia are a huge plus.
- Love the reporting features to share with management and sales team.
- The insights gained about prospects and customers journey through our digital media is priceless.
- Analytics from organic, direct, social and paid traffic is excellent
Cons
- I believe we have experienced some issues on mobile/tablet landing pages that did not scroll with content.
- Maybe add another drag and drop feature for building out landing pages.
- At first - I struggled with the email address logic behind forms and landing pages. Like, who gets a notification when somebody downloads or submits info on a form? Later I found out the form is the main thing to concentrate on for email notifications.

Honestly, the main difference for our team was the ease of use and ability to train others to use the system. With HubSpot, it was a no brainer for us to train others outside of marketing how to interact with the tool. We have had more success using HubSpot in collaboration efforts company-wide. Ultimately, we were concerned with the bulkiness and the non-essential pieces in the other products.

9 - We utilize Hubspot for marketing automation, social media monitoring, blog content publishing and email marketing. The mix of people vary from marketing and sales to engineering and support. But, most of the product use comes from the marketing team. We enjoy many of the incredible features that come included with our subscription to HubSpot: reporting, publishing, designing, etc.
2 - The desired type of skills needed to support or operate HubSpot would be light technical and open minded. I believe the software system is super easy to operate and support for the marketing team. We share a common belief with each other that we must always be learning new things to succeed in our role.
