Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
We are a software company that uses hubspot for marketing automation. Mainly email marketing and we are constantly improving our use of the tool to become more inbound-centric in marketing and lead generation strategy. We track contact engagement and behavior around our content offers, blog and website. We are working to implement automatic workflows to enroll contacts into nurturing programs to further them into the journey to becoming a customer.

- Positive: automated many manual tasks and has provided useful tips and best practices for best ROI.
- Positive: having the support from our hubspot team has been very beneficial in guiding us through the process in improving our efforts.
- Negative: it takes a while to gather data and start analyzing ROI.
My team has previously used Silverpop and it was proven that hubspot has been more intuitive, easy to use and more of a complete solution for marketing automation. Hubspot has put a lot into persepctive as to what we should and shouldn't be doing in terms of lead generation and inbound v. outbound marketing.
