Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We're currently using HubSpot CRM as our main CRM. Using a combination of prospecting tools, we directly export the contact info into our HubSpot CRM database. From there, we send out all of our emails in order to track progress and discussions with potential clients. We see all stages of our sales funnel through HubSpot CRM.

  • Issues with tracking at times.
  • Ability to export database from HubSpot CRM to somewhere else.

  • Saved cost.
I've used Salesforce previously, but I find HubSpot CRM to be way more user-friendly. Customer service is great to interact with, and they are always on top of your case in order to solve any issues you might be having. It's nice that there's a dedicated account manager that handles my team and any questions that we might have.
As a small team, it's important that we're always on the same page so that we maximize work productivity. Seeing what everyone is doing on HubSpot CRM with the tracking and notes feature, we're able to determine what contacts are best to reach out to. All the properties that are also in HubSpot CRM help us filter for exactly what we need.
I've used Salesforce previously. The main reason I'm using HubSpot CRM is that my company was already fully integrated into that CRM. I do find HubSpot CRM to be much easier to use than Salesforce, however.

I believe HubSpot CRM would be best suited for a subscription-based company, such as Spotify or Netflix. Its user-friendly platform is able to easily help discern which contacts match certain criteria based on filters you put in. Where it struggles is B2B. You need to create your own property for brands, as there can be multiple subsidiaries within a parent company. This could lead to disorganization, but it is easily compatible based on how you use your CRM.
