Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is a great CRM for us as we can integrate other platforms to automate tasks. We all use it and it's also got great tools to manage deal pipelines.
- Deals pipeline.
- Integrations to automate tasks and create reminder schedules.
- Helps us easily schedule meetings.
- Great knowledge base with in-depth answers and walkthroughs.
- Sometimes challenging to modify fields; usually possible but not always intuitive.
- Sometimes we end up with duplicate profiles so it would be nice if this wasn't possible.
- Helps our team spend less time entering data and more time selling.
Helps us keep each other better informed when we have the 'one source of truth' in HubSpot.
HubSpot CRM is so much better than RSS. Basically, they only have the ability to create people/companies/basic tasks. It was a fine place to start but we didn't realize how much we were missing until we switched.
