Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use it for all of our customer's contact information as well as email and communications such as text messages. We have it a bridge to Ezlynx software for us to complete our quotes and it makes our jobs a lot easier with their assigned tasks, deal, a dashboard for sales, and communication

Definitely better all around. The texting feature is much easier and the notifications when you get texts. The interface is much easier to navigate and it provides more opportunities to add in useful information that could be used at a later date for that customer.
