Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot to house our customer's information - progress in their application - and retain relationships.
  • Round robin
  • Manage customer deal stages
  • Track email
  • Scan feature for document uploads
  • Automatic email reading to avoid multiple contacts
  • Easy to use system - does not require much training for new employees
The ability to have a support team available most of the hours of the day.

One of my favorite features with HubSpot is the ability to connect with Support almost 24/7 which is FREE, unlike other CRM which availability for support is very much limited or sometimes expensive. This way, I'm able to learn and maximize the power of HubSpot every time I find something odd or think of something that we need. Most of the time, HubSpot already has a solution for it- I just needed help to figure it out.
