Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot to house our customer's information - progress in their application - and retain relationships.
Pros
- Round robin
- Manage customer deal stages
- Track email
Cons
- Scan feature for document uploads
- Automatic email reading to avoid multiple contacts
- Easy to use system - does not require much training for new employees
Very much so- not much involved in marketing but I do know for a fact that our marketing team loves this so much about HubSpot!
