Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Basically, HubSpot helps us with keeping track of everything we do at the company, which allows us to never let things slide. Be it, we talked with someone, then we can set a note on the contact, for anyone to see and be at a date with the sales process. Also, it has a lot of functionalities, like example sequences and workflows.

  • Workflows, it allows you to separate sales funnels based on if or thats schemes
  • Integration with other very useful apps, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ease of use
  • Allowing the sequences to send more than 5 emails
  • more Mobile support
  • Growed revenue by about a 12%
  • Made us regain some lost sales, by following up
  • new onboard sales are a lot quicker to produce
Haven't used many CRMS before, but I've been able to pick up HubSpot pretty fast due to the excellence of HubSpot Academy, it is a very good resource that allows learning about any of the functionalities in-depth. It also gives you a pretty badge for LinkedIn. Which always comes in handy haha
It really paints a picture when you can pull up information and really how impactful any stuff is based on well-set metrics. To be able to co-produce strategies with the Business Development and Marketing department together really helps us in our goal-attainments. HubSpot rules in that regard. Really recommended if you are looking to pave this ground.
Not really much point of comparison here, I haven't used other CRM before, but I know that salesforce is recommended, as well as Outreach, but I know that HubSpot is among the top 3, so that's good enough for me. As in these other sales tech stacks, they work well together,

The sequences are a godsend for prospecting, also the LI integration allows for deep research. Templates also allow you to make a broad approach while saving time. If you don't want to miss any information and make dashboards with all of your data, HubSpot does that for you too.
