Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use Hubspot CRM in several ways. For example, we use it to communicate with potential client prospects, using sequences of calls and emails. With the platform, our contacts and businesses are located in a central hub creating ease of use. By tracking emails, calls and deals within the company each team member has full visibility of the collective information thanks to Hubspot CRM.
- Create email and call sequences to reach out to prospects
- Track all communication with clients
- Monitor and view other work done by colleagues
- Having a calendar that maps out future tasks. Right now you can only see some upcoming
- Contacts can be linked to multiple companies rather than just one
- Having multiple owners to contacts created
- Increased sales rep adoption
- Easier financial tracking
- Long-term tracking much easier
