Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot to help me keep up with all of my customer interactions. It is nice to have one place that automatically tracks and keeps all of my touchpoints together. Not having to log every email and phone call manually is a time saver for sure allowing me to have more time to sell.
Pros
- Tracking Emails Activity
- Recording Phone Conversations
- Connecting company website details
Cons
- Need more robust ways of looking up companies like by zip code etc.
- I am new in my position so that is hard to quantify at this point
Being able to see every marketing touch from other people on the team is great for having a united front on the marketing campaign. If we are all talking the same story. It will be adopted and understood by the customer with greater success.
