Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I am new to using HubSpot CRM and find it perfect to be able to track everything I need. The dashboards and reports also make it incredibly easy for everyone on the team to see how the company is doing in real terms. The email sequences, templates, and work flows as well are also all incredibly great tools that make my life and work day more manageable which is key on such a small team. I will for sure recommend HubSpot CRM to anyone and everyone as a great tool for everyday business use.

- Tracking changes to information.
- Being able to quickly and efficiently pull up information about deals and contacts.
- Have more options to customize reports.
- Changing colors of reports in HubSpot CRM to match company branding would be great.
- Great tracking tool.
