Our organization is a B-to-B distributor in the professional hair (salon, barbershop, hair replacement) industry. We use HubSpot as our CRM for both customers and prospective customers. HubSpot allows us to ensure that we're serving our customer partners in an efficient, but meaningful way. Our team utilizes HubSpot to record valuable information to ensure that our customers receive the communication and information they need for the best possible customer experience. We also utilize HubSpot to manage communication with prospective customers so that we're providing valuable information without stalking them.
