HubSpot allows us to ensure that we're serving our customer partners in an efficient, but meaningful way. Our team utilizes HubSpot to record valuable information to ensure that our customers receive the communication and information they need for the best possible customer experience. We also utilize HubSpot to manage communication with prospective customers so that we're providing valuable information without stalking them.

Yes! We have integrated our social advertising to populate in HubSpot. This allows us to maximize and record Outreach, get appropriate detail to prospective customers, and categorize those not interested so that we're not bugged people or wasting resources.
We reviewed a range of options for CRMS. It was 3 years ago, so I don't remember all the options. This decision was very thoughtful and we compared HS to many other options - from a capabilities perspective, as well as cost.
