Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use it largely for our sales team. We use features like companies, contacts and lists to organize leads. We use sequences to develop those leads. We use the deal flow to manage our sales pipeline and current accounts etc.
Our business problems are largely around organizing all of our new leads and turning them into sales and recurring customers. Hubspot helps us stay organized and on-task, and gives us the ability to have a far reach and manage 80+ customers easily. We log every call / text / email to each contact, utilize the 'task' feature to set reminders, keep company information up to date, etc.

- Organization (deal flow, companies, contacts...)
- Task management
- Bulk email outreach (Sequences, templates, etc)
- Deals vs. companies – can they be more synced with contacts etc?
- Sequences – would be nice if we could mass-sequence and send to a companies primary contact
- Revenue growth due to better account management
