Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Hello,
We have a decent customer base, and all of our customer details have been available on HubSpot since my day 1 here in this company. I really like the way HubSpot organizes all the customer information. The filters are so easy that I can create as many views as possible. This enables me to focus on customer groups the way I want them.

The conversations section is also robust, and we chat with all of our customers via HubSpot conversations itself.

Me being a manager, HubSpot also enables me to see all the reports in a proper way so that I can understand and work on my team's productivity and input. HubSpot provides the necessary reports so that I can coach my team well.

I rarely need support with HubSpot, but when I do, they are always available via Chat, Phone calls, Call-backs, etc.

Overall, I am very happy to work with HubSpot, and they also consider me a top user.

HubSpot is very suitable for Customer Service executives and Customer Service team managers.

Reports are very well available and all the necessary tools for the day to day work such as conversations, deals, and tickets are very nice.

I used to like HubSpot as a customer service executive. Now, I like HubSpot as a customer service manager.
