Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use Hubspot for all of our sales needs. It's our portal to access our leads, deals, marketing materials, etc. Hubspot makes it really simple to search for companies and contacts and is very user friendly. Having used other CRM's in the past, Hubspot is comparably simpler and faster. The ability to send emails and make calls directly out of Hubspot is something that is very valuable, so time is saved going in and out of tabs. I like being able to track my activity against everyone else and being able to modify my own dashboard as well.
  • Hubspot shows you all your tasks, then you can click on "due today" and "overdue". It's very organized so that you can keep track of what you're behind on or what needs to get done today so you can prioritize.
  • Hubspot let's you see other user's tasks as well, which in my role is really handy as I am helping the other sales team members and trying to clean up their overdue tasks.
  • Being able to sort companies by industry is super helpful for our business. We often have awards that makes this filtering important and is used everyday!
  • I'd love to see Hubspot include a place to log twitter messages.
  • It would be nice if Hubspot could include some sort of color system for leads so that the sales team knows who is a "hot lead" and who is a warm or cold lead. Maybe a colored dot next to the company name?
  • The Forecast tab in sales doesn't always seem to be accurate for us, maybe some more work could be put into this.
  • HubSpot has helped us close deals much quicker than before we used it because of it's organization. Our deal cycle went from about 2 months to 1 month.
  • The cost of HubSpot is a drop in the bucket compared to the revenue we bring in because of it. We are brining in anywhere between $100k-$300k a month due to HubSpot's easy functionality and ability to hold all of our deals.
HubSpot seems to be a lot more user friendly than other CRM's I've used. The ability to recall deals and re-open them is very helpful to make edits if mistakes were made, and I haven't seen that on other CRM's before. In the past I've had to create a whole new deal, which wastes time.
HubSpot is more applicable for the business we are in compared to Salesforce & ClubReady because of the simplicity of it. The option to log phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, WhatsApp messages, etc. is incredibly valuable and saves time. The quote & deals functionality is also more fluid and user friendly than many other CRM's.

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

HubSpot is incredibly useful for sales and marketing teams regardless of the industry you are in. It has a very simple interface and is organized, so it's easy to keep track of what needs to be prioritized for that day. I work for a market research firm and we all love it here, but I can see it being used for any industry from car sales to selling products. HubSpot would not be super beneficial for any membership type business. While the sales aspect of it is incredibly helpful, there is no space on it for member check ins or profiles.
