Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM to organize our prospect and customer database. We input company and contact information for the industry we sell to around Canada. We are able to filter the database based on geography which allows us to segment our database into territories. We are able to log our calls, emails, notes and activities within HubSpot. You can also make calls directly with it. I spend 90% of my day using HubSpot. I enjoy the task feature which makes it easy to follow up with leads and customers. You can set notifications for the tasks at various times surrounding the task. We also use HubSpot to track our deals. This includes the deal size, stage, contact, and deal ownership.

It is much easier to use when I compare it to Salesforce and Pipedrive. Salesforce can seem overcomplicated at times and slow reps down. I found Pipedrive very basic and limited in functionality. HubSpot also has the best mobile app of all 3. I found the others a bit finicky. I really like how you personalize your CRM with HubSpot.

HubSpot CRM is well suited for sales. You can manage your contacts and companies and customize the homescreen for them with information you see relevant to your business or role. I currently do not create quotes using HubSpot but coworkers do and they say it is easy to use. Also we have integrated it with our order system which provides insight into what the customers have purchased in the past.
