Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I'm using it for email sequences, automated email templates and follow ups. Tasks reminders or client follow ups, deal monitorings. It addresses the hassle of sending email blasts which can be done in just few clicks with hubspot. Also helps us with timely monitoring of client transactions or communications on a large scale sales level.

  • Contact ownership being transfered when the company ownership is being transferred as well.

  • Decreased manual workload
Basically, the taks automation, email sequences automation, email integration with gmail, outlook, etc.. And the integration with third party applications like Zoom, google calendar, apollo, linkedin, just to mention a few, is something that I haven't experienced with the previous crm that I have used. And I'm surprised that those features are possible in one crm.

Hubspot is very well suited for email blasting with timely follow up and automated sending of follow up email as well. It also gives you timely reminder to follow through on the emails you have sent to yourncontacts. Also with the team activity reporting, it shows all the timely activities done by each member of the team.
