Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We needed a central location to keep track of all of our contact information and conversations, one place for all depts to be able to refer back to and for new employees to jump off from.
- Customer service is heads and shoulders above the rest
- HubSpot's Academy and KnowledgeBase make it difficult to not be an expert in the tools you choose to use
- It is accessible to those with little tech-savvy, but deep and detailed enough for those who want/need to go deeper.
- Man alive it costs SO MUCH to go from Starter level to Pro level.
- The HS CRM has moved us toward greater efficiency in contact communication.
- The HS CRM has a considerable learning curve which requires ongoing man hours in order to use well.
Extra efforts have been taken to align the teams, even with HubSpot's CRM. The software, as great as some of us think it is, has required efforts to maintain peace upon implementation and ongoing training efforts.
