Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot for enrolling leads into cold outreach sequences. We use HubSpot as the CRM software, keeping a record of contacts, and developing automation, sequences, and templates.

  • Deals are easier than ever to make removing the hassle of creating them manually and then tracking them
I haven't used any other software
It has impacted alot. Keeping track of marketing emails and then segregating them according to responses is very easy making the marketing efforts really efficient.

HubSpot is well suited for running marketing campaigns and maintaining customer and prospect details. I use it for adding contacts, enrolling them into sequences and tracking activity. Further, it's used for creating deals and moving each prospect through stages. The end of the process is closing deals by creating contracts in HubSpot which is another feature that comes very hand.
