Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it to qualify leads that we receive from Ads across the internet then we keep in contact with them while qualifying them through different stages , after that we close the leads either with won and closed.

After closing the leads we transfer it to plan hat to continue our process.

we use alot of integrations with Maqsam, Linkedin, Email.

It is not easily adapted, but when you get familiar with it , it is much detailed and easy to use than any other CRM softwares.

quick access and visual presentation is perfect. And no other CRM has much attention to marketing data like hubspot.

i really advise any company to try hubspot and see the difference
More marketing data. Easy process from marketing to sales.
trackable data and much more filters
ease of making meetings with customers.
managing calls and emails and tracking them.
more integrations and easier workflow.

over all hubspot has made us much more efficient and effective than before.

we can manage much more deals now

Its is perfect for contact level qualification, it helps alot and has alot of details to test the priorities of customers. as for sales process it is less details and we still use Google Calendar to add more people to a meeting or to use correct time Zones , it doesn’t have the correct time zone for Jordan
