Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM to manage all sales opportunities (identification through to win), inbound leads, information requests, calendar booking requests, outbound mass emails and general customer relationships. It ensures all sales activities are recorded and are easy to track, whether that be initial prospecting, opportunity management, or ongoing customer relationship activities. For individuals, it ensures they are able to keep on top of their day-to-day tasks, and for management, it provides comprehensive reporting in an easy-to-consume format.
  • Opportunity tracking
  • Sales task management
  • Inbound leads
  • Outbound marketing emails
  • Calendar booking
  • The editor used for marketing email content needs a lot of improvement.
  • Once a calendar booking item is created for an individual, it can't be converted to a group booking item.
  • When someone submits a query online, it is only shown on the contact's page and not on the associated company's page, effectively hiding valuable information.
  • There's no integration with Microsoft Teams but there is for Zoom
  • We achieved an ROI within several months.
  • It has ensured all leads and opportunities are managed appropriately
  • Ongoing customer relationships has improved, resulting in retention increasing significantly.
The user interface is relatively simple and generally much easier to use than Salesforce or Microsoft CRM. New users need almost no training.
HubSpot CRM is easier to use and requires fewer resources to implement and manage.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

HubSpot CRM has a low barrier to entry for smaller organisations looking to manage their sales and marketing activities properly. The base-level subscription provides quite a lot of value and requires minimal resources to set up. For those looking for a complete suite of capabilities at a bargain basement price, HubSpot CRM is not the right tool. The step up to the second level of subscription is quite significant. There are other second-tier or even open-source applications that may be a better fit for that requirement.
