Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We currently use HubSpot CRM for sales and marketing in our organization. We're looking to expand the use into our service area. One of our struggles is joining the data that our success team leverages today with HubSpot data. We also struggle with the way HubSpot reports on pipeline and forecasting. I must export all data into Google Sheets to build a custom dashboard for my C-suite.
- Great marketing engine.
- Nice views of pipeline with the kanban board.
- Easy to build dashboards.
- Pipeline and Forecast Reporting.
- Prospecting is getting better, but still has a way to go.
- We're just starting to see a return on our investment with this product since I've been here for one year.
- Our sales reps are able to save valuable time and refocus on sales efforts versus CRM inputting data.
I think HubSpot does a great job in all categories and just getting better every day.
