Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use it to track, and manage accounts from a sales perspective. We use it to send emails and manage lists for marketing. We are just starting to use it for customer support ticketing. Hubspot allows us to manage a sales pipeline effectively while gathering information about our customers to use for marketing purposes.

It is far better. Netsuite was ever complex and bland from a design standpoint. I've been truly impressed by working with this software.
