Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it to track, and manage accounts from a sales perspective. We use it to send emails and manage lists for marketing. We are just starting to use it for customer support ticketing. Hubspot allows us to manage a sales pipeline effectively while gathering information about our customers to use for marketing purposes.

My main experience is netsuite and this is far easier to use as well as seems to offer more usable features. The ability to customize features, automation and employee accounts is incredible.
It is far better. Netsuite was ever complex and bland from a design standpoint. I've been truly impressed by working with this software.

It's been very good for a sales pipeline. Our customers can have a multiple years long sales cycle so being able to manage many customers over an extended period of time is tantamount to our success.
