Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use Hubspot for Account Management and prospecting. It helps me manage all my relationships and conversations in one place. It enables me send message in bulk and on a one to one basis. It also enables me create follow up tasks which makes me very efficient

- When you want to send an email to a specific contact, once in the company It should only initially recommend contacts in the contact. For example if I want to send an email to Lucy and I am already in Lucy's company. It should initially only offer me the lucy's within the company not all the lucy's we have on record
- When you need to add a company to a deal, it only offers the name and the url in the search function. As our customers have similar names, it means you need to know the url as well.. which is usually not the case
- It enables us the company have a better handle of deals, outstanding etc
- It enhances collaborative working
- Helps me work more efficiently
Hubspot is just a lot more flexible
