Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I mainly use HubSpot to maintain information related to our Graduates of the Pre-Apprenticeship Program of Construction Ready.
  • Ability to filter within the Contacts and Company Records
  • Ability to have multiple windows open within HubSpot
  • Ability to search for a contact/company by various ways
  • Ability to "decline" duplicate entries
  • Allows multiple users to create their own "look" of what information they need to view
  • Ability to manage permissions for multiple users
The only other software that I rarely use is CaseWorthy. In comparison, HubSpot is more user friendly than CaseWorthy.

Our non-profit organization trains individuals in the skilled trades with our Pre-Apprenticeship Program. We use HubSpot to maintain our Graduates contact information, Credentials/Certificates earned, Placement Employer/Wage, and Current Employer/Wage. It allows us to download a file with all of their important information so that we can view our metrics.
