Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I mainly use HubSpot to maintain information related to our Graduates of the Pre-Apprenticeship Program of Construction Ready.

Pros and Cons

Ability to filter within the Contacts and Company Records
Ability to have multiple windows open within HubSpot
Ability to search for a contact/company by various ways

Ability to "decline" duplicate entries

Return on Investment

Allows multiple users to create their own "look" of what information they need to view
Ability to manage permissions for multiple users

Usability

The only other software that I rarely use is CaseWorthy. In comparison, HubSpot is more user friendly than CaseWorthy.

Our non-profit organization trains individuals in the skilled trades with our Pre-Apprenticeship Program. We use HubSpot to maintain our Graduates contact information, Credentials/Certificates earned, Placement Employer/Wage, and Current Employer/Wage. It allows us to download a file with all of their important information so that we can view our metrics.
