Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We are an insurance company and use the database for cold calling and sales pipeline tracking.
  • easy e-campaign creation
  • Easy integration with our call system
  • ease of tracking pipeline
  • we chose to use an external call system, as HubSpot's was expensive and inferior
  • we have been able to bring on board employees and they can see our customers
  • it is increasing the potentials for sales
I don't have a ton of experience with CRM software, but it only took about a week to learn basically everything I need to know for my job. It is self explanatory and the HubSpot Academy helps in showing more technical things to do.
HubSpot is easier to use, but Salesforce is superior in sales specifically. We need something superior in marketing automation.

If you are a small business, the ability to organize your clients and contacts is second to none.
When creating reports within the sales portion, the dashboards are nice, but they are difficult to create.
