I use HubSpot as a CRM for handling all customer interactions for new and existing businesses. We are hard users of tasks, email integration and customized pipelines. Plus, we take advantages of Snippets, Templates and enrolling contacts on email sequences. HS helps us a lot in keeping things organized while making sure we have our sales appropriately forecasted in many Sales scenarios within our organization. We also use it for sharing commercial documents and marketing campaigns.

HubSpot has a much more user-friendly interface. It excels in inbound marketing and integrates well with various tools. HubSpot is great for simplicity and managing different business scenarios from any part of the funnels, including marketing, inbound and outbound.
