Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot as a CRM for handling all customer interactions for new and existing businesses. We are hard users of tasks, email integration and customized pipelines. Plus, we take advantages of Snippets, Templates and enrolling contacts on email sequences. HS helps us a lot in keeping things organized while making sure we have our sales appropriately forecasted in many Sales scenarios within our organization. We also use it for sharing commercial documents and marketing campaigns.

  • Maintaining Sales rep productivity with their many tracking and task tools
  • User friendly interface with all the information in only one page, easy to navigate as well
  • Email integration with Gmail does not work 100% in logging customer interactions
  • Easy task NAVIGATOR freezes sometimes
  • Round Robin assignment criteria can be improved
  • It helped shorter deal cycles by automating and integrating with many other data sources
  • Helped revenue growth by intelligently advising insights on specific ICPs
  • Increased sales rep adoption by having a user friendly interfase
I come from many years of using Salesforce as a CRM, and then change to HubSpot meant less learning curve than expected. It seems much more stable and with better easy to use interfases for navigating through different entities such as leads, deals and companies.
HubSpot has a much more user-friendly interface. It excels in inbound marketing and integrates well with various tools. HubSpot is great for simplicity and managing different business scenarios from any part of the funnels, including marketing, inbound and outbound.

HubSpot is a great tool for handling customer relationships in many scenarios. Not only it provides great features to manage different pipelines, it also provides a grreat user-friendly interface to have everything a sales and marketing force. It's AI and automation features help make processes much faster and have an organization data driven with it's many report customization tools and customizable dashboards.
